Our Training Program

Since the beginning of 2020, HANECS has successfully trained over 150 mechanical engineers in C and C++, enabling their digital transformation and participation in software development projects.

In all offered training courses, we emphasize practical relevance and actual industry needs in the field of embedded software development. Our training program and our experienced training team leave no questions unanswered.

Training

Automotive Specific Software Training

Due to the ever-increasing complexity and safety-critical nature of automotive software components, the demand for continuous employee training in the automotive industry is rising. HANECS offers two customized training programs that convey the following central themes:

  • Real-time systems
  • AUTOSAR Architecture, Classic & Adaptive
  • Bus systems
  • Driver Assistance Systems and Autonomous Driving
  • Best Practices and Code Quality including MISRA
  • Functional Safety (FuSi) and ISO 26262

Terms like the Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, and autonomous driving are ubiquitous today. But what's really behind them, and what opportunities do they offer your business?

  • Shaping technological change
  • Seize opportunities
  • Open up new markets
  • Train and motivate employees

Only 15% of all German companies utilized the benefits of Industry 4.0 in 2014.

In 2018, 52% of all German companies are already benefiting! Industry 4.0 increases company efficiency

Development board used in training

The complex technology of today's vehicles necessitates an ever-increasing exchange of information within the vehicle. In addition to the demand for making cars safer, cleaner, and more economical, the development of driver-assistance systems leading to autonomous driving also results in rapidly growing software volumes. The goal of major automotive manufacturers is to establish autonomous driving in normal road traffic within seven to eight years.

To manage the growing complexity while maintaining the highest quality and safety requirements at reasonable costs, several measures have been taken. For example, the AUTOSAR standardization initiative was established in 2003, facilitating collaboration between suppliers and manufacturers. In 2011, ISO 26262 was published as the standard for safety-related electrical and electronic systems in motor vehicles, ensuring the functional safety of vehicle control units.

All of this presents enormous challenges for suppliers and car manufacturers, which can only be overcome with top-trained employees.

You can achieve exactly that with our automotive training! Contents include:

  • Getting Started in the World of Automotive Development
  • Understanding Control Units and Bus Technologies
  • Getting to know the AUTOSAR architecture
  • Apply ISO 26262 and other quality standards
