Training

Our training program

Since the beginning of 2020, HANECS has successfully trained over 150 mechanical engineers in C and C++, enabling them to make the digital transformation and use it in software development projects.

In all training courses offered, we focus on practical relevance and actual industry needs in the area of embedded software development. Our training program and experienced training team leave no questions unanswered.

Training

Automotive specific software trainings

Due to the increasingly complex and safety-critical automotive SW components, the need for continuous training of employees in the automotive industry is growing. HANECS offers two customized training programs that teach the following key topics:

  • Real-time systems
  • AUTOSAR Architecture, Classic & Adaptive
  • Bus systems
  • Driving assistance systems and autonomous driving
  • Best Practice and Code Quality incl. MISRA
  • Functional safety (FuSi) and ISO 26262

Terms like Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0 and autonomous driving are ubiquitous today. But what is actually behind them and what opportunities are there for your company?

  • Helping to shape technological change
  • Seize opportunities
  • Open up new markets
  • Train and motivate employees

Only 15% of all German companies took advantage of Industrie 4.0 in 2014.

In 2018, the benefits are already being used by 52% of all German companies! Industry 4.0 increases the efficiency of companies

Development board used in the training

The complex technology of today's motor vehicles necessitates an ever greater exchange of information within the vehicle. In addition to the demand to make cars ever safer, cleaner and more economical, the development of driver assistance systems towards autonomous driving is also leading to rapidly growing software scopes. The goal of major automakers is to have autonomous driving established in normal road traffic in seven to eight years.

Several measures have been taken to manage the growing complexity with the highest quality and safety requirements at reasonable cost. For example, the AUTOSAR standardization initiative was created in 2003 to facilitate cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers. ISO 26262 was published in 2011 as a standard for safety-related electrical and electronic systems in motor vehicles, which ensures the functional safety of vehicle control units.

All of this presents suppliers and automakers with enormous challenges that can only be met with highly trained employees.

With our automotive training courses you will achieve exactly that! Contents include:

  • Entry into the world of automotive development
  • Understanding control units and bus technologies
  • Get to know AUTOSAR architecture
  • Apply ISO 26262 and other quality standards
